What happens If I go over the contacts limit on the free plan?

You'll be no longer able to see your new contacts until you upgrade your account. Alternatively, you can delete your old contacts manually to stay within your limit. We'll be also contacting you with the offer to upgrade your account. In case you disregard all our messages, we will disable your chat widget.

What's the difference between annual and monthly plans?

Let's take an example. Basic plan price for Live Chat & Email Automation solution is per month, billed annually. This means that you will pay * 12 months = once per year. Or you can stick with the month-to-month payments for the same Basic plan at the price of /mo ( for 12 months). With annual Basic plan you will save .
