Are there any additional fees?

No, there are absolutely no hidden fees and no additional costs. You'll be charged the amount shown on this page, annually or month-to-month, depending on the plan you choose.

What's the difference between annual and monthly plans?

Let's take an example. Basic plan price for Live Chat & Email Automation solution is 19 per month, billed annually. This means that you will pay 19 * 12 months = 228 once per year. Or you can stick with the month-to-month payments for the same Basic plan at the price of 25/mo (300 for 12 months). With annual Basic plan you will save 72.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards. Once you subscribe for the annual or month-to-month plan, your card will be automatically charged at the beginning of each year or month respectively.

How does the free 14-day trial work?

Once you sign up, you have 14 days to use HelpCrunch free of charge. You don’t need to provide your credit card details until the trial period is over. The trial starts on fully-featured Live Chat Premium plan for 5 agents.

Is my business data safe with HelpCrunch?

HelpCrunch takes your privacy seriously and follows best practices to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information and customer data is protected and maintained. We do not disclose or share your data with outside parties.

Are there any discounts available?
