Your HelpCrunch Trial starts on a fully-featured Pro Plan for 5 team members that includes unlimited chat auto messages, full widget's customization and unbranding. You can add up to 5 websites or apps to your HelpCrunch account. Unfortunately, by default we do not provide the possibility to trial emails, but you can request that via the chat. Have questions?

What about support?

Your Trial Plan, as well as all our Paid Plans, includes a personal onboarding assistant, available via the chat. Feel free to ask all your questions in the chat and be sure we’ll do our best to provide you with an outstanding support.

What if i want to try your emails or a custom plan for more team members?

Just register your Free Trial account and chat with us from your HelpCrunch account explaining what custom plan you want to try. We’ll ask you just a few questions and will set up your trial account according to your requirements.

Do I need to enter my credit card data during the trial period?

Nope. The 14-day trial period doesn’t require a credit card. You should enter your billing information only in the case you decide to subscribe to a paid plan. We’ll be more than happy to see you among our paying customers 😊
