If you care about customer communication, you will appreciate being able to <strong>resend <strong>emails with unseen chats from your own<\/strong> domain<\/strong> and manage the whole flow in one place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udccc What\u2019s changed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, when a customer support chat remained unseen, you could automatically send an email with a reply notification from a default system domain <code>helpcrunch-mail.com<\/code><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you can choose your own domain, so these messages come directly from your brand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits for your business:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Emails feel like part of your brand, not system messages;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A custom domain helps reduce the risk of emails landing in spam;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers are more likely to respond to a familiar sender;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fewer scattered settings and more control over notifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2699\ufe0f How the settings are organized now<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are no longer separate settings for <em>Resend if unseen<\/em><strong> <\/strong>and <em>Reply notifications<\/em>.
