Streamline your customer service routine, reach out to broader audiences, and get business communication into high gear.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to integrate WhatsApp into HelpCrunch?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note! <\/em><\/strong><em>The WhatsApp integration is available <\/em><strong><em>only<\/em><\/strong><em> in the <\/em><strong><em>Pro plan<\/em><\/strong><em> and above.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While we are working on integrating the native WhatsApp Business API at full steam, you can connect your WhatsApp account via our partner, 360dialog. For that, you need to come through several stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stage 1. Create a new 360dialog account&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you already have a 360dialog account, go to the <em>&#8220;Connect a phone number from 360dialog to HelpCrunch&#8221; <\/em>section.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.1. Register your phone number in 360dialog<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To get started, simply sign up for a 360dialog account and proceed to add your phone number: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/creating-new-waba\/embedded-signup\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/creating-new-waba\/embedded-signup<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note! <\/em><\/strong><em>Please ensure that you have Cloud API hosted by Meta in your phone number settings in 360dialog for Hosting Platform Type. If not, please use <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/hosting-type-change\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>this documentation<\/em><\/a><em> to change the setting.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1.2. Use the existing WhatsApp phone number for business&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re already using your phone number for WhatsApp Business, there are two ways to do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.helpcrunch.com\/en\/integrations\/whatsapp-integration#whatsapp-business-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">In the iOS\/Android\/web WhatsApp Business App<\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.helpcrunch.com\/en\/integrations\/whatsapp-integration#another-whatsapp-provider\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Via a Business Service Provider (e.g. 360dialog or Twilio)<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, you have the option to use a phone number that&#8217;s already registered on Android, iPhone, or Business versions of WhatsApp. However, if you wish to register this same number on the WhatsApp Business Account, you must first delete the WhatsApp Business App account linked to that phone number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note! <\/em><\/strong><em>Please be aware that this process will not transfer or retain the chat history.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To delete, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Move to <em>&#8220;Settings<\/em>&#8221; in your WhatsApp Business App<\/li><li>Click on <em>&#8220;Account&#8221;<\/em> and select<em> &#8220;Delete my account&#8221;<\/em><\/li><li>Confirm the deletion<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Do you use your WhatsApp Business Account phone number with another provider other than 360dialog? You can migrate it! Check out this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.360dialog.com\/docs\/account-setup\/migrating-phone-numbers\/migrate-number-from-meta-or-alternate-bsp-to-360dialog-cloud-api\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article<\/a> to find out how to implement it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stage 2. Connect a phone number from 360dialog to HelpCrunch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s as easy as pie! Here is the 4-step instruction:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Click <em>&#8220;Manage&#8221;<\/em> for a phone number you need to connect to HelpCrunch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Note!<\/em><\/strong><em> If you don&#8217;t see the phone number settings page when you click on Manage, try opening it in another browser.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.3. Click <em>&#8220;Generate API key&#8221;<\/em> to get the access token key.
