After leaving a job at your company, they can request a total removal of their personal information from your database. You can do it in Settings \u2192 Team members \u2192 Delete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This action will delete all the info about an agent, including their photo and a full name. Their chats with clients and first names will stay. However, we can remove them too, if you file a corresponding request to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Right to object<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can unsubscribe anyone from your HelpCrunch mailing list.
